- Updates to the 1094C report help keep you compliant with the IRS.
The 1094C report has been updated to reflect IRS requirement changes when submitting 1094C corrections for prior tax years.
- Save time running your Parts Department reports.
You can now conveniently schedule your Counter Pad, Obsolete Item, and Inventory Analysis reports to be delivered directly to your email Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly. This enhancement also allows you to send the reports to two additional email addresses.
- Added Wholesale Custome Types help keep you compliant with Toyota and Lexus.
Changes to the 2020 Toyota and Lexus Factory Financial requires tracking wholesale sales by Mechanical Repair or Body Shop customers. To accommodate the changes, Dealertrack DMS has added the ability to assign a wholesale customer as a Mechanical Repair or Body Shop customer type. Once set up is complete, when a part is sold to a wholesale customer, sales are directed to the account assigned and displays on the Factory Financial accordingly.
- Adding Compliant Cause and Correction (CCC) statements is now more efficient.
Enhancements to the CCC Statement text box in the Technician Entry – Time and Technician Time Log screens now provide word wrap, spell check, and copy and paste.

You can now conveniently schedule your Work in Process, Technician Time – Flag Date, Technician Time – Close Date, and Service Writer reports to be delivered directly to your email Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly. This enhancement also allows you to send the reports to two additional email addresses. Note: Scheduling ability for additional reports to come in future releases.
